That means that his estimate would have an effect of octupling the population. The Voting Rights Act must be restored in its entirety, including the preclearance, as Republicans have shown precisely what they will do with unfettered control. This requires also that Citizens Divided be shot down to remove money from the political landscape, and Hobby Lobby must be removed to remove religious interventions from the government as well. The Constitution itself says so, speaking of separation of powers and separation of church and state. Also, Roe and its protections must be restored. Otherwise, you have blatant violations of the 4th, 5th, 6th, 13th, 14th, and 16th Amendments in one capacity or another. Also, the main body of the Constitution makes it quite clear that the president is not above the law. That means this recent abuse of authority known as "presidential immunity" must be rooted out and dispensed with. The Electoral College must be removed as it has long since failed to be applicable to the modern era. It likely should have been removed around the 1920s. It must be rooted out now. There should be NO GERRYMANDERING OF ANY SORT, regardless of whether partisan, racial, religious , or based upon height or weight. None whatsoever. All of this is the minimum benchmarks for a healthy two party system. Additionally, if either party gets too full of itself, there must be some mechanism in place to shut them down and reset the system to an honest and fair one, an equitable balance.
