According to international Treaty, Asylum seekers are required to apply for asylum in the first country that is safe. Mexico and Canada are considered safe countries. Therefore no asylum seekers should reverse Mexico in order to get to America and seek asylum.

Diplomats can't I have birthright citizenship because they have sworn allegiance to another country. It is actually quite a similar reason why visitors and illegals can't have birthright citizenship either. Their allegiance is to another country. They are subject to the laws of their home country.

You are wrong....here are some facts..undocumented immigrants pf 96.7 billion in federal, state, and local taxes in 2022. Of that 59.4 billion went to federal government, 37.3 went to state and local governments. Undocumented paid $8,889 per person in 2022 or for every 1 million undocumented immigrants who reside in this country public services receive 8.9 billion additional revenue. More than 1/3 of the tax dollars paid by immigrants go to payroll taxes dedicated to funding programs thes workers are barred from accessing. Undocumented b immigrants pd 25.7 billionin b SSI taxes1.8 billion in unemployment taxes in 2022. So I think you should be a little more respectful and stop spreading disinformation and start researching the truth!
