Allow yourself to be flexible: pick 7 and engage with about 4 each day 1. Physical exercise - get moving! 2. Service - interact with a community 3. Purpose - living with intent through goals 4. Learn - engage in mentally stimulating hobbies 5. Hormesis - don't avoid things, face them 6. Breathe - meditation :) 7. Shutdown - give yourself the space to rest
Trying, failing and coming back for more is the definition of willpower. People that achieve stuff don’t have a magical “willpower” pill, they don’t want to do the hard stuff each day, they fail like any other person. They quit and come back. They just come back quicker and stick to it more often. Keep coming back. You got this.
totally agree with @dfreniche . The cycles that you're in aren't all the same, they might look repetitive but slowly slowly your baseline is going up and up. Those cycles of repetition are what grow a person, what make them stronger, what let the next cycle be slightly easier til you're at the point where youre happy with where youre at
Well. I believe you really can't give a general advice for Goals in general Every little goal is different Maybe someone wants to learn how to fingerskate And someone wants to win the noble prize for biology Each goal has to be fleshed out to make us capable of creating advice that really help us on the path Like myself for example, i kept going towards youtube's motivational videos and although they are great they are mostly aimed at physical workouts and gym exercises, unlike me who wanted it for my school, and i just found my own motivation
Hey Tom , really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with more Quality Editing in your videos and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail and also help you with the overall youtube strategy and growth ! Pls let me know what do you think ?

i dont agree with the "if you're good at it" should be a metric for deciding your purpose. That's like telling someone who is bad now to just give up.
