I know a bit about the legal system and it is illegal to have a game that earns no money off of something but still uses its assets you know Mickey mouse the thing with that thing got decorated you were still able to use him as long as it was not monetizable if it was then you're making money off of someone else's work and that's not just illegal that is morally wrong so I don't think it will get taken down

For example, tds overhaul modded copied the original game before it was even playable, slapped admin towers, called it a day.
