Hello Ananya, practicing an art form, specially Kathak will depend on your age and your proficiency. But make sure you get to practice it every day even if you are confident about the basics.

Ma'am i am 43 and started learning kathak now, i find it difficult to maintain my central axis while doing chakkars....how will i be able to overcome this...please advice...and also i f8nd flexiblity issues also though i have always been exercising and has a very good stamina..please help
