Smart idea using a roller on th driveway it really packs the stone in haven’t seen anyone use a compact roller except you good job doing it right the first time
how is the driveway holding up with that geotextile being that you ran it on an incline? Im getting ready to build, but people say dont use it if you driveway is sloped.
Need to put the ditch further into the bank. All you did there is move the road further out onto less stable ground where the builders side casted the material. Over time it will settle.
i was so excited to see another person that spreads gravel/grades earth (andrew camarata is a genius) i find it extremely satisfying to watch but you cut all the good stuff out NOOOOOOOOO...PLZ UNDERSTAND WHY WE WATCH THESE VIDS HERE ON RUclips...dont cut the heart out please and thank you.
You don't want to lay your swamp fabric down and just dump gravel on top like you did. That is just going to make a huge mess when your box blade catches the fabric when maintaining your road. You should have dug down 8-12" inches below the road bed, laid the fabric down, put the 8-12" of dirt back on top, and then spread your gravel. That is the problem with most do it your selfers. They have no idea how to do it.
Well done great work !
Nicely done. Looking forward to seeing more videos. Thanks for sharing.
Looks great. Thanks for the video

Great work.. That's a great machine you have.. I've had the kx40 for a few years. Now I've got the kx057-4..
Have never seen a dump truck spread gravel backing up, seems like that would take some skill right there.
it does :)
Great video. Such a nice looking place. And driveway
Not sure about an update but how did the 10 inch colvert last.... maybe 24" would be better....
Nice video. You sure do have a gorgeous view.
Thank you!

dont, the gravel will eventually slide. use a bigger rock for base and top dress with class 5
Looks like you're in the Southeast? I WISH the soil here was so easy to work. I'm in the Catskills. "two stone to every dirt" they say. Nice job.
Awesome JOB Sir!
if you didnt film the rest I would still love to see the finished product!
Call Andrew if you want to get it done
What did all that cost you
Hi ,you ever use a metal detector to see if there is any gold in those dirt
