In this clip, BG Knocc Out fielded a question from a VladTV RUclips member who asked him to name his top 3 Crip rappers and top 3 Blood rappers. For the blue team, BG Knocc Out chose Eazy E, Jayo Felony, and Snoop Dogg while picking DJ Quik, Mac 10, and the late Mausberg for his top 3 Blood rappers. BG Knocc Out also explained why artists like Nipsey Hussle and Lil Wayne didn’t make the cut for their respective sides.

Good material, like always with BG. Its hard to choose 3 Crips. Its too much crip-rappers. For me top 3 Crips: Jayo, Eiht, C-Bo. Tray Dee is good too, X-Raited, WC, Kurupt, BG, Dresta, Lynch and more. Top 3 Bloods: B Brazy, Quik and Mitchy Slick/Jay Rock or eventually Game.

Coolio was one of the first rappers I remember claiming Crip. He wasn't throwing up the signs alot, but with the Blue Bandanas, Blue Coats and repping Cali you knew what he was banging.
As far as I know coolio was the first real crip rapper that was known with a deal…he was around before snoop…as far as industry stuff and having a deal…him and WC …coolio was in the mad circle in the beginning

Definitely Jayo Felony. Snoop Dogg is a good Choice, too. I would've put Suga Free in there somewhere. Quik is undisputed as far as Blood rappers. Redrum and Game would've been my choices. Redrum 781 may not be in the same caliber, stardom wise, but he was nice, lyrically. I'm not a fan of Game but he actually got some good material, too. WC, Eiht and X Raided never get their shine, they should've up the list to 10.

I’d pick Eiht above Snoop, his authenticity is undeniable and he got real hood classics…hood took me under is still a banger 30 years later, but he still provides more bangers today. Honestly Snoop had 1 masterpiece album, then had some good albums but most of the stuff he did put out wasn’t that exciting for his level. Also Game need to be mentioned in the list, but you can’t deny Quik, Mausberg (RIP ❤️) and Mack are real legends. Salute to BG, he one of the realest out of LA, real person.
