This means that words like God and Satan are the actions of someone or something. For example, God is the singular form for the Aramaic word Gada, which means to genetically destroy or cut off (aka death). When I was a truck driver I made a delivery to a Jewish nursing home. The director there said since I was making a delivery to his institution I was now under his employ and I had to clean up the delivery entrance which I didn't even make a mess of, anyway I told him I ain't doing nothing here, this ain't my mess so I ain't cleaning it, he called who he thought was my boss and the person there told the director that I was my own boss because it was my truck and I didn't work for him I worked with him because I had a contract to deliver to the nursing home. I told the director, if he would have talked to me like I am a man first maybe I would have helped him out, I'm not anybody's slave to just be used because he had nobody else to clean up, I told him but you do have someone, you can do it.... have a great weekend Mr Director. My grandma told me that I should read the Bible and I really Love Grandma yet when I heard people quoting the Bible, that is when I knew that book was written by men who wanted power over us as a people.. I’m so glad that you are repeating what I say about the bible. I was raised Catholic. I’m lapsed. I question too many things about organized religions. I truly believe all religions have a central tenet, to love and respect each other. Formal religions have been changed to be acceptable to lower educated people.

I lost my innocence and stopped taking Bible Study classes at church when we did the Old Testament. Nearly every lesson there would be a chapter where God was slaughtering somebody, and the lesson manual just skipped over these parts to tell a little story about how God is good and glorious and amazing and full of Love. Well, I guess that's what I get for reading whole chapters instead of just the specific verses listed in the lesson😂 it really showed me how much fakery there is in the church. Glad I learned this, even though it was a hard lesson.

Not many people read the Bible and questions things. Pastors won't tell you things against the church as their living life depends on people's offerings. When I had decided that the God in the old testament wasn't God while reading the passages to my son, I met Billy on RUclips and really opened my eyes. Billy introduced me to Paul Wallis and further convinced me. I still go to Anglican church, though. I love Yoshua. ♥️

You must be reading a different Old Testament than the one I’m familiar with.
This is exactly what new age scholars have discovered is the stories in the Bible are pieced together to look as if it's one continuous story about a monotheistic God but it's easy to see the different characteristics in the Gods that were the masters during that time. Some are pure hateful towards humanity while others were more loving. I can't believe that this is so difficult for others to see.😮

The end result reads like a crazy quilt.
Well, you realize the church acknowledges the old testament had at least 3 sets of writers, right? There were the original writers, the Jahwists and the Priestly writers. All made modifications to the old testament.
The point is supposed to be that its teachings are influenced by God. Thereby, it doesn't matter how many hands touched it, if those hands were directed by God.

Has anyone ever considered the idea that our five senses are filters to prevent our consciousness (while in our body) from being overwhelmed by information. For example, imagine seeing your whole time-line of existence (the 4th dimension). If that happened you would not be able to feel your experiences as you passed through them and if we couldn't do that how could we grow as human beings while alive.
Interesting and makes a lot of sense. So as long as we exist in human form, flesh and blood, we will never experience anything beyond the three dimensions?
