I like to think there on a group or on a round table talking about the glitches and clones for the first half then since joe is the only non clone he is trying to "fight " them off.
The way i see the would function is bf is looking at shorts and scrolling through all the creators, after awhile the vocals start overlapping and glitches happen. Then they get replaced and ye.
