I got up at 6:30 every morning for 8 days to watch all the heats- and of course watched all the finals sessions. Lovely that your parents were actually there- I sat behind them at Ponds Forge once and noticed how they clapped for all your rivals too! Daft question- are swimmers at this level allowed to race wearing fake nails??? I notice you all get your nails done ...but i would have thought it wouldn't be allowed.
