If I may ask why do you braai on charcoal and not on wood ?
Can you please do a mageu , morogo and chutney recipes. I see you do a lot of traditional dishes I am interested in more of these recipes. I am 14 years old and already made koesisters, potjiekos, malva pudding (your recipe) and boerewors rolls with chakalaka.
