    Can you play this song on a 61 key keyboard?

    • @how_to_play_the_piano
      @how_to_play_the_piano  Год назад +1

      You surely can start practicing on a 61 key keyboard but some parts will go beyond this. So you may need to transpose some notes by an octave up / down - so you may need to play it in an upper or lower octave. Good luck! 😊

    I’m really struggling to play both left and right hand side here. I’ve only ever played simple melodies on the left hand and I think this takes it up a notch since the left hand is not the same timing as the right?
    Any tips?

    • @how_to_play_the_piano
      @how_to_play_the_piano  Год назад +7

      Hi, first - please, be sure that it is not easy for a begginer, so do not worry. It requires lot of time and practice. I have a few suggestions:
      - practice very slowly
      - start with memorizing the right hand, as it is impossible to look at both hands at the same time. The left hand moves a lot, so you need to know the notes almost by heart to play this composition. So first learn the right hand by heart and then slowly add the left hand. And your focus will be on the left hand.
      - the left hand plays usually with every second note of the right hand, so it shouldI believe you will learn it :)
      Good luck, let me know how it goes! :)
