I've just assembled the frame and found it easier to attach the top part by tipping it forward so the front posts are on the ground as my wife couldn't reach the seven feet. Doing it this way I think its possible to assemble the whole frame yourself. It looks a good solid piece of kit!
I’m most likely going to buy this net and I was just wondering two things. Firstly do the posts the net and the bungee tied all come together? And also does it come in a bag or something where you put all the pieces in to carry around?

It isn't sold with a bag, we do have goal bags which you can buy separately to put your goal in. The net and bungee ties are sold with the goal.
