I don't ask much of my diety. I don't think I do. I think of Bastet most of the time. The last thing I called on her was to help with pests. When I first started working with her I did some prayers and when it's difficult, I wrote her a letter. It was helpful to pour out all my feelings in that way. Tonight I played her Egyptian music, gave her catnip and chamomile. I really have a hard time for prayer, I like to think she hears from thoughts from anywhere. I have talked to her about healing and protection for the household and friends as well as cats.
wonderful way to be with Deity even writting a letter it shows how much you value thier presence in your life they are there and do listen thank you also for asking for healing for Cats its a beautiful thing to do blessings always
Hey Tova 👋🏼❤ This was wonderful 😊 I was in meditation for two hours, writing, getting messages, having a conversation with her. She showed me images of her time while giving me messages I think so I could better understand her messages. My birthmother is gifted and works with runes. She got me interested in them. I wish I could talk to her about her gifts again. We no longer speak. Maybe I could reach her in other ways seeing as she passed these gifts down to me 🤔 😆 Wouldn't that be a hoot..telepathy! Anyway...I'm rattling along here 😆 There is a deeper feeling when I work with runes vs. cards, it was like a magnetic 🧲 pull once I learned of them. I'm excited you are doing these videos! This has helped more than you know, with my studies🫶🏼🧘🏼♀️🕯️🫂
hey Sarah that is amazing connection with Freyja is a very emotional experience a life changer, you will find your own way with the Runes they are personal to each person and it will start to flow as the water falls and the trees sway in the breeze and the air is clean when we breath so the Runes will come and invade every part of you and will bring so much to your life. I bend on one knee to Freyja on Fridays, whilst giving her offerings. Other than that, I usually stand at her altart & speak to her daily when I pull a rune

The gods are not here to pick us up? Our relationships are on a contractual basis? Only here to 'teach us lessons' and 'show us paths?' Are we trying to project an individual morality on all beings that could be likened to gods, locally and universally? Small thing, to all but pooh pooh the (supposedly) Christian morality of asking for aid from God (of course, freely being given to, freely giving back) and then to say you do not judge them, that they are following their own religion. Even speaking as a non-Christian, how can it be that you value this stifling system of contracts, oaths, immense punishments, and 'I scratch your back, you scratch mine' over something more akin to a shared movement of pooled interests and resources, with patience, altruism, and forgiveness?

The wording differs but we do pray - we may call it petitions or spellwork but it is a prayer. The wording is what is important for manifestation.
