i remember that happening on the regular in the tier 7 meta if you got unlucky in combat against undead player, but yeah it's always stunning to see more than 40
Yesterday I dealt 55 dmg with the undead 7 star :D
I once got the max dmg dealt, fucking 56 dmg. This was in the crazy yogg event where you could get to tier 7 and his board was completely tier 7
I thought max is 55... 7×7= 49 + tier 6 is 55... secret strategy to do one extra?

I accidentally found this channel while i was searching for some battlegrounds tips as a 4k MMR phone player, and yall needed to see my face when i saw how actually good players play battlegrounds... My jaw dropped at how fast they do everything and by their plays, well... looks like I'll stop playing and just watch content 😂
Naw, you'll get better especially after finding good streamers and teachers like Shady. 8-9k is possible with the right mindset and hands on learning. You'll get faster too. I doubt you'll ever be top 1000 in the world without very serious effort but you'll do just fine, have fun, and get better in a short time with Shady's help.
Come to stream if you ever have a chance! You can ask questions and chat and Shady will give you advice. Someone mentioned they hit 7K and was really thankful.
I myself at one point in history could NEVER hit 6K and I finish seasons now at like 7.5K and growing and I'm a casual!
In my first game with buddies I rolled 2 ghoul acabras from selling Varian and had a mech with a lot of replicators onto it, I gained+100+100 on all minions a battle
The new undead tier 6 is really crazy strong. If you hit it and Brann early, its almost an instant win. Especially since it buffs all minions and not just specific tribes
it's tough bein a casual player in bg's. as soon as i get a grasp of a meta it gets shaken up. better than a stale game though

One thing to mention for Ghoulacabra is that if you do mech and have replicating menace Ghoul will activate for EACH replicating on the mech, so a single mech with 3 replicating, a baron, and a ghoul, will give +12/+12 for 1 minion death. That isn't even mentioning GOLDS
I've discovered an interaction that I'm not sure isn't a bug with Maievs buddy and trigger battlecry effects. I had a golden buddy with rylak and it was stacking my next hero powers, so instead of waking a turn sooner, the golden minion was awake immediately, making me pretty much use a targeted golden touch for 1 gold every turn. Needless to say the game was a breeze. I don't think thats how it's suppose to go.

i can confirm that sneeds went from one of the worst heros to the best because of his buddy and ghoulacabra. it is so insanely broken. I switched out a 100 power unit for ghoulacabra on like turn 14 or smt and it was totally worth it, my board got like 100/100 every turn (golden reborn macaw on the buddy with titus, i was watching the ghoulacabra animation for a straight minute on the first attack of the combat xD)
i had some really good games both playing patches spamming battlecry triggers on the buddy and even comp with rakanishu (buddy is tier 4 and lanterns are tier 2 so a lot of triggers from champion every turn), I'm at 5500 though so I'm not sure how good those strats can be at high levels
The brukan buddy with the goul-acabra is so broken, its definitely gonna get nerfed to like +1/+1 soon
I played a bit today and the changes are actually so big
The meta is extreme fast
Personally I hate how aggro the meta feels. entire lobby dead by turn 11 is a lil wild
When I rushed scabbs buddy every single opponent gave me such a useless buddy that I got 8 :x
Snake buddy just goes crazy with mechs
Will get nerfed 100% and might lose mech tag
I had a duos game with Snake and Nameless one, hilariously easy game and super broken. By like turn 6 I had 2 golden buddies and my friend had 2 normal
first game, got the naga hero and instant got the highest stat minion i ever got with 4k/4k. before it was 39/1300 with dragons few seasons ago

The Snake Eyes buddy is absolutely nuts. It will probably get bumped to a Tier 6 1/1 or something. It definitely should not be a mech. In my only Snake Eyes game so far I got 3 golden ones, all with free T5 Eyes Spell, and steamrolled everyone.
The Chenvaala buddy is also insanely good. I played three games, two of which I missed an early turn because I was playing on mobile, and I won all 3.
Thank you SO MUCH for posting this as I normally suffer during the start of buddy meta. There are so many more possibilities. I had a Voone Top Two Game where I made the buddy golden by using the Buddy itself then Jaquari popped in and then it was triples all day. I didn't have the scaling I desired but you can greyscale/mooneater with a cycle slot.
I also forced Doctor Holi and Azerite which might be better to do in Duos vs Solos as you can evolve shops to 6 quite easily and the spell generation is insane!

Always a fan of day 1 recaps, I'm rubbish for reading patch notes and all that so nice to get a feel for the patch without needing to lock in.
I won with double reborn taunted goldrinn, double reborn tentacle, double ghoul cabra and a Tidus. It was much larger of a board state than i had anticipated.

Yeah, golden Maeve buddy with literally any battlecry triggers is crazy. Getting golden brann or something while paying only 1 gold is some broken shit
