    Fish Fry recipe in an Airfryer by Chef Ranveer Brar
    Preparation time: 10 minutes
    Preheat: 6 minutes at 190°c
    Cooking time: 12 minutes at 185°c
    (6 minutes at 185°c & 6 minutes at 200°c)
    Serves: 2
    For First Marination
    3-4 King Fish, darne (surmai)
    A pinch of salt
    1 tsp Lemon juice
    For Second Marination
    1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
    1 tbsp Oil
    Salt to taste
    ½ tsp Degi red chilli powder
    ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
    A pinch of asafoetida
    1 sprig Curry leaves, chopped
    1 tbsp Coriander leaves, finely chopped
    1 tsp Degi red chilli powder
    1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    1 tbsp Oil
    First Marinated Fish
    For Coating
    1 cup Semolina
    Other Ingredients
    Oil (optional for brushing)
    For Garnish
    Lemon, wedge
    Coriander sprig
    Process
    For First Marination
    - On a plate or tray, place fish, sprinkle some salt, add lemon juice and marinate it well.
    - Keep it aside to rest for 2-4 minutes.
    For Second Marination
    - Preheat the philips airfryer for 6 minutes at 190°c
    - In a tray, add ginger garlic paste, oil, salt to taste, degi red chilli powder, turmeric powder, a pinch of asafoetida, curry leaves, fresh coriander leaves, degi red chilli powder, lemon juice, oil and make a thick paste.
    - Apply a generous amount of marination on the fish darne.
    - On a plate, add semolina and coat the marinated fish darne well from both the sides.
    - Place it in the philips airfryer and cook it for 6 minutes at 185°c.
    - Flip it and cook for 6 minutes at 200°c to get a crispy crust.
    - Garnish it with coriander sprig and lemon wedges.
    - Serve hot.
