He has improved. Now, he can do the bare minimum, to at least keep possession. I don’t expect he can be as silky as those Spanish players or as skillful as those Brazilian players. I don’t expect him to have insane close control in tight areas, doing tricks/skill moves, dropping deep constantly creating for the team in possession, playing tiki taka passes, playing through passes like a #10...I don’t expect these. So I’m glad that now, at least he can keep possession.
