As an software engineer who worked in AI too , i can say that Making AI Model is easy but getting data for AI Model to train on is diffcult , both china and usa have data from their social media companies/Tech companies like google which they use to generate a lot of data. But india doesnt have that advantage otherwise we can make it at a fraction of cost of USA. China made their company at 1/1000 of cost of Chatgpt
