Mexican He/Him here. In making STEM 100%, does the plan call for qualified diversity or shoehorn diversity for the sake of diversity. Because if you're trying to reach a quota based on immutable characteristics and not qualifications, then the quality of Dr, engineer, chemist, etc, is not going to be able to produce quality work.
