    could this be why my car isn't making good cabin heat? Or do Kona's have bad heat? no overheating of the engine though.

      It’s a possibility. Especially if there are no coolant leaks or HVAC door issues. Coolant is full and no overheating issues. Check code history. If this code is there more than likely the culprit. I hope this helps 👍

    Same here I have that code coming up but my car never runs hot even in this 95 weather.

      The computer in your vehicle is telling you there is an issue between the actual function and temperature readings from the instrument cluster, temperature sensors and computer. It’s your vehicle and your choice to be proactive or retroactive. Stranded when it does or home safely and not worrying during extended trips. Good luck. I hope this helps 👍

      No, the thermistor is part of HVAC.
