@CameraToFreedom did you continue to use the W100 for the next few weeks? Any issues with it? My W100 stopped working after about a month and I have not been able to get ANY response from @colborlight
That’s not good! I’ve been using it for just my weddings so it’s got hours of use on it. It should be covered by warranty so I’m sure Colborlight will get you a new one.

do you use the softbox much or does diffuser still work well
I’ve used the softbox to film interviews but just use the dome reflector for my wedding video gigs.
