EXTREME Close Range Lightning Strike! (7/23/2021 Umatilla, FL)

Lightning with several return strokes hit a light pole less than 100 feet behind us!

What was the rattling noise? It jumped from the light to the car? Why was the thunder relatively quiet? How did your car's computer system stay intact?

You may be hearing the car keys jingling as my friend was turning off the car just as the lightning hit. I saw it hit the light pole and the car in the picture was not there at the time. It did not hit our car. And the thunder was not as loud as it can be because the lightning current was relatively low and the car windows were completely sealed.
