Most of the vocally acknowledged idols in Korea was actually from SM though. I do not like SM because of what they did to DB5K which is my only bias group but you gotta admit that most idol that got acknowledge vocally is from SM. BoA, Junsu, Jaejoong, Changmin, Kyuhyun, Yesung, Jonghyun, Onew, Taeyeon, Luna, etc. and this was just the 2nd generation of their idols not including the 3rd generation starting from EXO and also their first generation which includes H.O.T, Shinhwa and S.E.S etc. This are the idols that the korean public and critics acknowledge that are amazing vocalist and talented idols. While in YG excepting the acts that came from KPOP Star (Lee Hi, KSY & AkMu) is only Taeyang. And even Taeyang is more acknowledge as a performer than a great vocalist. For me Daesung is their best vocalist but he wasn't promoted as such in Korea and the public focus is always on GD, TOP & Taeyang. While in JYP who there is acknowledge for their vocal talent?! I mean Suzy is a good singer but she's more acknowledge as a CF star or the nation first love. Jun.K is a good singer but the public is really underestimating him. For me he actually is better a singer than some that came from SM but hey we're more acknowledged. When you look at the public perception of vocally talented idols you will see that most of the top 10 came from SM and the others would Hyorin, Ailee and IU. I may not agree on some of the list but that really is how the public sees it.

Once again mind blown by Lily. They all did great but at the moment I'm a hardcore Lily fan lol I'm hoping she goes all the way and then onward's to YGE. One thing i don't understand is why people keep thinking Yang Hyun Suk is creepy because he gets so excited when he sees Lily... This whole performance was charming and cute. Lily's voice doesn't even sound like her age, but at the same time she does by using her own voice rather to sound more 'mature'. Soohyun is also really good and has nice control! Pulim is just so cute, she has this lovable charm.
For those who r complaining about the elimination, this program is not about vocals alone, they establish that in the first season. You can be a good singer but can still get eliminated. I remember in one episode, JYP was like to a contestant you fail on this program but will probably pass on a different program. This program is K-pop star so they are looking for a star not someone who can just sing
I work at Hollister and I heard this song for the past 2 months. I kind of like the slower version a lot better. It sounds so nice. Or maybe because these 3 are singing :D I'm kind of sad that SooHyun got kicked out. These 3 are definitely better at singing than half of the whole remaining group. I'm not even kidding. I don't like this whole group thing. Everyone should be able to prove themselves on whether they deserve it or not. Not be forced out due to losing to another group.

This group should have won. I personally think they did a much better job than the two other girls in gray (yes I listened to their performance). Even if you look at the crowd they had a lot more positive reaction to the Shake it Off performance. On the other hand, while the two gray girls performed the crowd didn't even react...OBVIOUSLY THERE WAS A BIT OF BIAS IN THE FINAL ANNOUNCEMENT.
YG's gonna offer this Lily girl a trainee contract for sure, i think JYP will do the same, it doesn't even matter if she gets eliminated early. She's young and has a lot of potential for a kid.
The judges told her that even though her vocal ability and technique are good, she has no emotion in her songs. I think the judges are looking for passionate and unique singers to train. I don't think teaching how to sing emotionally is easy.
