Antony just anywhere near as natural, doesn't have the same agility and burst of pace, and also his overall understanding of the game is way worse than Neymar.

If he and the other Brazilians truly were that great oldheads would rate them that way. Pele is by far the best Brazilian footballer ever and the one who had the biggest impact on the sport by a country mile!
In all round game and ability Zico ran him closest, in achievements (+stats) it was probably Romario.
Talentwise there is a strong argument for Neymar being a top5 Brazilian, but in terms of all time greats I'm not sure if he'd even make my top10. I can name at least 9 greater players (Didi, Garrincha, Pele, Rivellino, Zico, Socrates, Romario, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho).
There is plenty of readily available footage to see how good these older players were, you just haven't looked!
