I've been undercoating cars for 20 years with Fluid Film. Its the best stuff on the market for that. But its no good for under a mower deck. It doesn't dry, and it'll come off as you mow. The best product for under your deck is Amsoil MPHD. It dries like a wax. Plus, you only have to wash your deck once a month, or less.
