My gut feel is that there will be a Walkinshaw/Allam Bathurst car coming

I didn't mind the VL, prefer the Walkinshaw version but still the classic 80's gear is good to see, some of it doesn't age so well but there you have it. Glad you have them for your collection, look forward to seeing some more of your pieces. Cheers

With them both next to each other, you really see how advanced the Walkinshaw version was to the Brock one. The livery really dates these two though

There is $150,000,000 to be won in Lotto next week. Win that and you would certainly be able to get a real Walkinshaw.

It was my dream car for a long time, but I can't see it happening now. Funny story, a long long time ago, I was just about to buy my first VL Calais Turbo, and an opportunity came up to buy either a Brock LE Turbo or one of the GroupA Brock's, but both were slightly more and both manual which I wanted the car as a daily and didn't want the hassle of manual or parking something like those outside work every day.

@SupercarsTorque Dave mate, my God what a story! What a miss! I had a chance to buy an xc 351 bathurst cobra for four grand in the early eightees! We all have those stories! But now I have an xb gt but it didn't cost 4 grand! Anyway good job Dave nice story, thanks for that, DJR phil
