I feel so bad for the sister too. Disabled kids who are violent are violent for two reasons, and both of them are out of their control. OP isn’t the one who was defrauded. The parents didn’t do anything illegal to OP, they were just shitty parents. The only ones defrauded were the ones sending money, so it’s up to them if they choose to press charges or not.

Sometimes it’s used to make steak tartare to disinfect the outside of the meat, the inside of the meat doesn’t have bacteria (unless it’s sour) the outside of the meat is handled most therefore it has bacteria. I, like a lot of people do enjoy the tenderness of a good bloody steak, it’s personal preference on how blue you like your steak. I don’t understand your reaction.

Its really good and a normal thing, there is No Problem with raw Meat at all as Long as the Hygiene of the Producer is good. In many Countries as for example in the US you get Generally Low Quality Meat with Low Hygiene Standards.
