The Angels are incredible to watch! Ever see videos on how they do their selection process and training of the air show? Incredible stuff… those pilots (as well as the USAF Thunderbirds) are MACHINES! Those men & women are pulling 9G turns that cause us mortal humans to pass out and vomit and they are talking and laughing as if it’s just a Sunday drive in the park 😂😂😂

Our base for whatever reason seems to get a lot of visits from Air Force 2 and the aircraft used to transport the Secretary of Defense, Secretary of State, etc.. it’s definitely cool to watch… haven’t seen Air Force One drop in yet though lol… it may have, but unfortunately I’ve never seen it :/

It’s definitely a C-17… C-130 is a turbo prop aircraft with high set wings… C-17 is a turbofan jet with a high tail as seen here. Similar but different engines 👍🏻
It is kind of amazing when you think about it… how heavy they are and they just glide around… you’re not lying! 👍🏻👍🏻 I was shocked when I learned that scientists treat “air” as a “fluid” even though it’s a combination of gasses… I got that question wrong on a severe storm exam I took when I was doing stuff with the National Weather Service lol… I’m still against air being called a fluid… but hey… I’m not a Atmospheric Scientist or Climatologist lol… I suppose it makes sense though since air is mainly vapor which is on the fence between gas and fluid states… but I digress… planes are just cool 😂
