I have a OLA scooty which is dead since last 1 month but OLA did not take any initiative to solve the problem. This is not for first time I am facing same previously. Extremely poor service of ola they have only focused only sales not on service.
I have taken ola S1x 3kwh i would strongly tell ppl dont buy DONT BUY I REPEAT! My bike is not 2 months old 3 times its in service center and many many issues
If u dDrive any EV with utmost precautions the scotter will give you better performance.. OLA really saves ur money 15 to 20 k is big amount for 2 wheeler. And ola is mkt leader .Some big Automobile Companies having some stake in Ola ,will going to be continue. Bajaj is Premium and Ola is practical .
Ola s1 pro zen 2 buy April no problem yet only handel noise perday 120-130 km running and 25_30 bateery bach jati hai. 13000 km done only break pad change

OLA S1 Air book ki thi 22 july ko, 3 weeks se jyada ho gaya abhi tak nahi mili, koi customer support number bhi nahi hai, book karte samya bola tha 10-12 days me mil jayegi, show room wale bol rahe hai aapki scooter galti se dusre city chala gaya. sirf bahane bana rahe hai. kahi se koi solution nahi mil raha hai. ab lagta hai OLA book karke galti ho gai..
Same happened with me. I cancelled. They didn’t initiate refund for more than 2 weeks. After repeatedly raising concern on twitter they refunded. I suggest cancel it. Ola has no service. Absolutely no service.

Bekar gadi hai mat lo bhai Ola s1 x Plus gadi mein kafi sare issues hai gadi kharidna bekar hai main gadi liye to 10 din mein Vicky ka problem aaya uska sensor change karke diye uske bad patterns ka problem aaya to button change karke dijiye uske bad charger and after from melt Ho Gaya Spark aake charger repair karke diye uske bad gadi apne aap paison ke ekadam speed chale ja Rahi break nahin lag raha FIR uske bad charging lagaye to charging nahin chal raha tha FIR vah problem solve karke diye sirf 6 mahine ke andar kitne problems
Please stop promoting Ola if this was not a paid video from Ola. They have no service. Please don’t guide people into OLA trap. People will curse you once they know the reality of OLA
