One thing they didn't bring up that seals the deal for me is when 8 Gates Guy did his final move: "Night Guy" Madara observed a spatial warping.
That means that kick had enough force behind it to bend *time and space* which I doubt even prime All Might had enough strength to overcome.
Jyiber i don’t get the whole bending time space thing, those black rods weekness is sage water, and it’ll start to melt soo.

@Jyiber Force doesn't bend time and space, nor does speed. In this universe, mass is what bends time and space. The way the Naruto story explains Guy warping reality with his Night Guy attack doesn't make any sense in a universe governed by the laws of physics humans have discovered. It is impossible to measure or scale such a feat, so I think it was wise of Rooster Teeth not to mention it at all.
what i still love about this is that when guy did "Night guy" on madara, he was on his last legs, but in here hes fresh out the gate so it would hit *EVEN HARDER*

If you watch the Q&A they stated Guy really didnt even need to go past the 5th gate but they made him use 8th strictly for entertainment purposes

The death battle team confirmed that Guy could have beaten All Might with just the sixth gate, but they used the eighth gate for dramatic effect, or something like that. Still and awesome fight

@@kristianperez4108 both yes and no. The simple truth is that with our current knowledge of All Might it's impossible to know. We have never seen All Might in his prime. Even AM and Deku can't calculate OFA. The perfect example of this is AM fights with AFO. In his first fight with AFO AM was serverly injured and yet AM was able to AFO with just the "embers" left over from OFA.
Might Guy can bend space. When giving that kick to Madara, he bend space to, that Madara sage rod bend and unable to hit Guy. That last kick basiaclly is like 100% sure he will hit no matter what, but that was a goood fight, i like that they really did respect each other and even went to use 8 gates

In the q and a for this episode, they said they thought that might guy could beat all might using only the fourth or fifth gate but made him go all the way to eight for sinimatic purposed
Yeah as powerful as All Might was at his prime, Guy is just leaps beyond him at full power, Night Guy (which was originally supposed to be Night Moth, still dunno why they changed the name) was able to bend space itself, All Might never really stood a chance
The reason they changed is because Night Moth just sounds just so stupid.
@@sethgibson5148 Its not the reason and it doesn't. It follows the pattern of animal attacks, Morning Peacock - Daytime Tiger - Evening Elephant - Night Moth.

All Might is nowhere near Might Guy 🤦 5th-6th Gate would be too much for All Might let alone 7+! All Might could destroy a city maybe in his prime, but Guy is too strong for something that weak 😅. If we're talking about who's a better character, it's a tie honestly 😭.

All might was a great opponent with cool moves but might guy in 8th gate was literally able to move so fast he could bend time & space as stated by Madara in the anime & manga

Honestly guy didn't even need to go 8 gates, they just wanted a more exciting fight.

If all might can’t go shorten his time limit like he did with all for one than yeah he would probably lose even I. His prime but if he could he would mop the floor with might guy. but at his prime he didn’t even know how to do that so I guess regardless might guy would win. And that’s if the 8 gates are put aside.
If Guy didn't have the Gates then I could see Prime All Might winning if He could catch Him that is.

8 Gates Gai was too fast for Six Paths Madara. That feat alone is enough to prove this conclusion. There was no need for this video.

I'm gonna ape literally everyone else here but... who really cares who wins? Both are awesome dudes. They're literally _the best dudes_ and all they really want is _to be_ the best dudes. And by best I mean be super awesome heroes and to impart knowledge with which the next generation can learn from.
Again, it doesn't even matter which wins. They're almost the same guy; it's why they get along so well.

Guy taking this is obvious with what we know about All Might, but we may well still learn about All Might, so I feel like it's a bit early for this one. I can easily see Guy winning, but if we see All Might vs All for One round 1, and see just what Prime All Might can do, that could change.
Unlikely, but it could. MHA doesn't seem as likely to take a swan dive off the cliff of power creep as Naruto. But then absurdly powerful quirks keep showing up, so who knows. Maybe all for one trapped All Might inside of a black hole quirk and forced him to overcome its gravity or something to that effect.

They were right about that through. Superman has literally outrun infinity and survived the source of all powers in the multiverse exploding in his face.... And the end of the universe twice. Plus he has a ton of instant win methods goku can't do anything about.
Daniel Wilson they also got many things wrong and used pre crisis Superman feats. And also gave a really bad reason for Superman winning. I can keep going but it’s not worth pointing it out. Understand your points but they don’t even know who’s gonna win 90% of the time anyway.
@@nepnep1149 to be fair, they used composite characters then. They also gave goku movie feats. They've since revoked that policy as of the new Mario and sonic and redid the battle with that specific detail fixed.
And to clarify, they weren't saying he's as strong as he needs to be thus he's get stronger and win, what they MEANT was his writing style means no show of power is unfeasible and his upper potential is infinite. Also, because of his world of cardboard policy, he only uses as much strength as he needs to, his method of countering super saiyan states was to simply hold back less.

I don't know how to feel about this one. Not gonna lie, they often don't do their research and math correctly, so a lot of fights' outcome are bs.
Considering how ridiculously strong 8 gates Guy, I think this would be the only outcome.

@@King_Ice01 it's funny, but many are right even if they miss things I find. I tend to check outcomes myself and the ones I know they are usually right, but I have disagreed before.

Why even do this matchup? There's literally zero chance of the entire Hidden Leaf village winning against All Might, unless they had every dead/revived Hokage with them as well. The only way Might Guy even stands a vague chance is to run away using the speed from the 8th gate and wait out All Might's time limit. Even then, I wouldn't really count that as a win.
