Neh, bro. Sometimes you get them sometimes you don't. I summoned good on my account and summoned bad on the test server. Rng is pretty easy to understand is just simple math.
Listen as a kraken in this game I can promise you 100% they up your rates for you to pull and promote. You pulled 16 leggos with 300 dice. I’ve pulled more than 1000 dice NEVER have I pulled at a 18 dice ratio. Almost 99.7% of the time you have to pull 35 to get a leggo. I’ve spent more thank 10K on this game and only missing 19 heroes (all leggos) my season 3 hasn’t started yet.
I don't think the new legendaries are that great to warrant there is the duo and rook being the ones who are good with the duo having more use. I can't say the next season will be better either. The main thing with this type of banner is if find some of the legendaries good and will chance on getting a dupe otherwise its better to just pull on the first 80 banner that gives you a free legendary. Really this banner is for going for dupes while really the first 80 banner is the one you try to get good legendaries or exclusives.
Well. S2 i had 8 heros from the S2 banner... and i stil dont have a dupe legendary on my account. I hope for more dupes in S3 banner. I would prefer to get 3 dupes instead of new champs to be honest. Witches, staff and hourglas are too important.
Yeah those artifacts pretty much carried lot of people to score well in the chief and final bosses that if you don't have it you get screwed over by loss of lot of damage
Actually, no. It's the opposite for me. I will skip S3 banner and summon on the 80/80 banner :) I am not going to invest dice to get Aura heroes or Shadows (even though Ozul is great) who cannot be kept alive long on Vortex cause of necro/lightning synergy in S3. Or be unlucky and pull 1 leggo from each school of damage, and then I cannot make 1 normal team. And Rook will probably get nerfed...so no ty. I would rather get some old leggos to complete my teams, or any of the S1 and S2 exclusives, 9 in the pool now, or someone strong like Alton, Philto, Ascilia, Ivellios...
Maybe as a CC, you have a reason to pull new heroes to make content, or simply collect them, but for regular players, I think you must be crazy to pull on a banner with such weak heroes, except the "duo" or maybe Synarell/Victor.

Wouldn't say so. I spend some money on S2 Banner and tracked the draw rate. I ended up with like 18 dice per Lego at the end. Was good but costy

Play the game, get wyremarrow, and exchange it for summons. As F2P, you are able to get enough to purchase a heliolite every second day.
