Gilded grieves/Sonic boots, Spear of Longinus, Mail of Pain, Medallion of Troy, Fenrir Tooth, Blade of Eternity is good balance of offense and defense. Mail of Pain can be changed to Shield of the lost if enemy adc is fed. If you're behind, take omni arms instead of fenrir as that helps to take towers as a splitpusher much better
