I have been cursing my Kingman ever since I had it, super uneven temps across the grates, doesn’t draw air like it should….. finally took that stupid “heat management plate” out…. And it is finally acting like a smoker should…. Temps dead nuts even on both thermometers, drawing air like a champ…..
