0:49 That part of the Third Fred Movie was Perfect and had me laugh. Love the WWE references they did in the Fred Movies, mostly my favorite one is when John and Fred went to the WWE in a tornado tag team match to wrestle against Mr. Deviln and Kevin, which was also cool that they used The Brood theme song.
I’m sure there are more wrestling references in media out there that can all be put into one video so I’m happy we got to see a few here. Though I’d like to mention a few if that’s ok. In Avatar the last airbender there’s a character named “The boulder” who was partially inspired by real life iconic wrestler of a similar name, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. The character is also voiced by a wrestling star, Mick Foley. In a fast and furious movie, I’m not sure which one or if it even was a FAF movie, but The Rock got into a fight with Jason Statham’s character and at one point hit his signature finisher “The Rock Bottom” on the guy. The amazing TV “Psych” also featured a few WWE wrestlers in a few episodes. This includes John Cena, The Miz, The Big Show, and The Bella Twins.
There was a show called the potagiest where the undertake plays a demonic character very much like his character and the undertaker is also in an Indian film where hes a wrestler called the undertaker
I'm pretty sure the Rock isn't a hockey player nor a tooth fairy employed by Julie Andrews or an insecure nerd who's obsessed with video games or a self centered football player with a daughter he didn't know existed for 8 years, I'm also pretty sure he isn't a scorpion king.
No but they all have the same personality. Ultra-tough egotistical douchebag who always manages to come out on top. The Rock’s only good role was in Moana. He’s insufferable in every other role.
Hardcore Holly's music, as well as a bunch of other wrestlers' music including the Hardys was stock music that was used in a bunch of movies and TV shows. Drawn Together used a bunch of their stuff.
Drop The Bombshell is named "Bombshell" and is a REAL song by Powerman 5000 that the Dudley's and WWE got the rights to use. So the WWE actually featured the song as opposed to the other way around
I’m pretty sure that was head of the table roman the movie is from 2021. I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure Roman was back at that point with his tribal chief gimmick
When they did the part where the WWE did the 2 movies with the Scooby Doo gang I can't believe they didn't mention the other 2 movies they did with other Hanna Barbera characters the Flintstones and the Jetsons.
In the show “Castle”, when the 2 main characters investigate when a magician is murdered in his magic shop, the hardy boyz theme plays in the background.
Fun fact, in the video game Watch Dogs 2 There is a bar that plays Wrestling Theme Songs. If I remember correctly it's Hardcore Holly and The Hardy Boyz
What I find funny about Rumble is that Roman and Becky's monsters also used their finishers. The gorilla missed the spear, and the angler fish amalgamation manhandle slammed that other monster.
The movies I've seen with Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson: The Mummy Returns The Scorpion King Jumanji:The Next Level Snitch Baywatch Rampage Shazam San Andreas Doom Moana
The movie Evolution came out before the Dudleyz started using that song. Also, themes like Hardcore Holly’s and the Hardy Boys were public domain songs which is why you hear them other places from time to time. Those weren’t the only ones, but I can’t remember them all off the top of my head.
"They have to take down a small army with just their fists." Uh, no they don't. When you're telling us this, we can see them throwing clubs at the small army. Those aren't fists.
Anyone else find it a bit silly to include the shows/movies that are actually about wrestling, or the big show show, in this video? I mean, if WWE studios make a film, you might as well straight up play the whole thing in a video like this :D Would've liked to see more of the more subtle wrestling references that WWE fans will spot and wrestler cameos in movies. The first thing I remember is Hulk Hogan in Gremlins 2. The gremlins invaded a movie theatre control room. Hogan happened to be watching the film so the staff went to ask if he could come and help with the problem :D+ EDIT: Oh, and how come you didn't mention Reigns actually does a spear right before that taunt. It's not like that's a regular thing in a brawl :D EDIT2: Please do something about those time stamps XD

What about the rock playing his own father in that 70's show and special appearances by Ken Shamrock, Chris Jerricho and the Hardy boys and Ernie Ladd in the same episode
But they undertake also played a wrestler called the undertaker in an Indian film and also plays this invulnerable demonic character in a series called poltergeist
You can see me John cena said that he is the one to play Wwe and he loves you because he will play Wwe championship and he will hold the Wwe tilled for life let’s go john cena go go go
Funny to see that a Jewish wrestler like Goldberg, dresses up like Santa goes around killing everyone around town. He even stabbed a guy with a candle labra.
John Cena playing himself in Fred was legendary 😂😂
We have Goldberg playing Goldberg and John playing John. What’s the next?
Yes sir
Cody rhodes playing cody rhodes@@venomgaming7014
I feel like current Roman would play the villian role really well in a movie show considering how much he has improved on the mic and acting skills.
Not really on acting, but his promos are better now.
Agree
Yeah he would bud I support you than this 2 idiot on your reply list
I feel good when Wrestlers get named in movies and shows. It's always good.

Imagine Current Roman reigns in a movie show, The man would be the most hated villian of all time.
Mr. Delvin and Kevin was definitely a shot at Kevin Federline lmao
Chris Redfield isnt the only one who can beat up a boulder
Simply can't stand his chipmunk voice. My ears bleed 😫

I just realized how much I like Sin Cara’s mask. And I realized I used to use him when I played the old WWE 2K games.
In the show “Castle”, when the 2 main characters investigate when a magician is murdered in his magic shop, the hardy boyz theme plays in the background.
To this day I’m still curious how the bolder randomly slowly stopped rolling and rolled down the cliff

What I find funny about Rumble is that Roman and Becky's monsters also used their finishers. The gorilla missed the spear, and the angler fish amalgamation manhandle slammed that other monster.
There was an episode of The Simpsons where the seniors of Springfield are getting their social security, and Shane McMahon’s theme plays
I don't know if I'd call "the song in this scene happens to be used as the entrance music for a wrestler too" a reference. Fun video regardless.
the lucha dragons monster fight song was mentioned twice in the video

The reason why the girls phone ringtone is that later she comments on how she likes WWE.

The movie Evolution came out before the Dudleyz started using that song.

Cult of personality in The Walking Dead 👀
It's a hit song from the 80's. Hardly a WWE reference unless it's tied to something wrestling related.
John Cena is my favorite wrestler. The Street Profits are my favorite tag team. The WWE Spinner belt is my favorite championship.
Our Tribal Chief would suck as an actor but knowing the fans they would pay Hollywood to hire him out of his legendary title reign
Lol! Actors suck way more. You know a thing or rwo about acting. Lol

I think the Hardcore Holly and LOD themes where stock music, like the Hardy Boyz theme.
You forgot The Rock saying "take em down like the walls of Jericho" and doing a Doomsday Device with Vin Diesel, both in F&F Franchise
"Bombshell" playing in Evolution is not a WWE reference. It was just a new song at the time.
