Ok so 23:00 its a time its a real time but only for other countries that prefer not using AM and PM an example its brazil in brazil if im correct they do not use the AM and PM they prefer to just continue with the numbers growing up after 12:00 AM so like 15:00 in brazil translated to AM and PM its 3 PM so 23:00 its about 11:00 PM
