In fact, a compressed Rasengan is a whole separate technique employed by Boruto. 3rd. Makes it stronger? Relative to what? 4th. Pressure doesnt make it stronger. CONTAINING the charka, as in forming it into the sphere shape, keeps it more stable and easier to use. 5th. The strength of nuclear bombs comes from the energy released as an explosion. High pressure is simply a characteristic of that explosion. Their strength is not derived from the pressure.
