SR1 and SR3 are in phase, so are SR2 and SR4 while SR1 and SR2 are 180degree out of phase. So SR3 and SR4 in the PCB layout should be swapped. Am I right?
Every thing you demostrated and explained is impressive and understandable. My query will be related to the magnetic current between the SR and Cap track, what effect will it have or will it even be linked to magnetic flux at all? Also what was the leakage inductance and magnetic inducances you achieved with such design of transformer
I woder 1. PCB layers is enough for Isolation between primary and secondary side? or Is it possible to pass for Hi-pot test 2. Any patent on these matrix transformer for LLC resonant converter? 3. For High power/ampere application, PCB copper is enough for proper current density?
1. for isolation, it depends on the dielectric material between primary and secondary layers. For isolation capability, certain thickness of standard FR4 is required. It is possible to pass the Hi-pot test, if FR4 is thick enough or other high isolation material is used. 3. For high current application, the current density matters, not the absolute value of current. The current density depends on the skin depth and width of the PCB copper.
Can you use the secondaries without connecting them? I want to make a 30v x3 LLC half bridge converter where all outputs are isolated from each other and from input. Is this possible with one controller and one transformer with multiple windings?
Hello, do you have this schematic in better quality? www.cpes.vt.edu/public/showcase/2013_T4.1.php I want to know which capacitor values you are using. Please
A transcript for this video would be highly appreciated.
It's useful. Thanks a lot. Is there no resonant inductor ?

Now if only I had the money to make nice prototype PCBs like that... :(
Dang money!
seeedstudio makes it super cheap
Strongly doubt that they could even do such multilayer stackup-specific board

Can you please give me the details of the voltage probes used in your demonstration?

hi I know this transfrom, but only just application Low voltage solutions, now , I want use it on Hight Voltage. can he work normally?
人才!
is this for induction heating?
Certainly not.
@@Ferraday what is it used for?
Power conversion, EV charging
Great design. May I know what Capacitor you are using for tank circuit?
C0G
Hello,
do you have this schematic in better quality?
www.cpes.vt.edu/public/showcase/2013_T4.1.php

The resonant cap is three ceramic 0.022UF 630V 5% NP0 1210
the efficiency is low
