PEAKS, ex personal trainer here.. Just keep going man, consistency is EVERYTHING, so don't stop. The only reason you should do cardio is to get the blood flowing and your heart rate up. Other than that dont do it, its a waste of time and valuable energy... no more than 5 min if your doing before workout. If it's after knock yourself out, shouldn't have much energy then anyways. I don't think i need to tell you to keep eating either.. EAT EVERYTHING👀
