follow UKVCAS for appointment. then upload documents by yourself. Otherwise u can submit your documents at UKVCAS APPOINTMENT centre but they charge for this

Yes you can apply now . Doesn’t matter if your biometrics done after this date , u must have to submit your visa application before your visa expiry .
If you get biometric date after visa expiry , doesn’t matter .u can do after that .

Normally it’s given along with family consent form . If it’s not , u can write parents consent form by yourself . Where you and your wife will give consent for your baby . Both will sign the written consent as well.

Hello, I have applied for graduate visa for myself and my wife 2 days back. And now applying the same for my child. At the end of the application, it took me to pay visa fee but no option of IHS payment came. While in our case, we paid IHS first and then paid the visa fee. Can you please confirm why it is so ?
Later on , u will receive one email having link of IHS , there u will have to pay your IHS.

Hi , yes u have to book an appointment for for biometrics .
U can check dates , some are free and some are paid . It depends what suit you . Normally early dates are paid and their cost is different.

Should it be 26-07-2025 instead of 26-07-2023
Also, if i fill the application this way and have to pay zero IHS for now, will it be fine with UKVI?
And second question is govt is going to increase IHS fee. If the fee increases during the decision, will i pay new fee or old fee.

If you put your current visa expiry date, you will not be paying any IHS fee right away. Instead you will have to pay it later on. You will be informed via email and will have limited days to pay. Otherwise, choose a date two years from now on fpr PSW. This way you will have to pay the visa fee right away.

My child was born on December 2023 and my wife is on student visa and I am the dependant. We have applied for Graduate Visa and Dependant Visa as our current visa is going to expire on Jan 2024, I have registered my child and got UK birth certificate but child doesn't have any passport yet.

you need to get the baby passport first before applying the dependent visa for baby because in application they want baby passport details and baby passport will be from your origin country.
You don't need the baby passport, I did the application for my baby, and when you have to fill the passport details choose " don't have a passport, baby born in UK.

Don’t worry , you can scan BRP chip through mobile . Then u don’t need to book separate finger prints appointments .

What should I Answer here "NO"? As I will submit my wife application before my child, so my child will be 2nd in the family to apply right?
If I select 'Yes' here then it ask next question that
"Is Mudassar Hussain's spouse or partner applying with you?"
2nd question is
"Are either of your parents applying for a visa to come to the UK?"

Don’t worry for this , if u have submitted your application and appointment is coming after visa expiry , it doesn’t matter .
The Rules is, application must be submitted before visa expiry not finger prints appointment.

It comes up as per your entry date of you visa , if u got less amount to be paid , it means , later on u will get an email and top up link from home office to pay them remaining IHS amount .

Yes , u have to show then bank statement and your baby birth certificate as well .
If your baby is in uk less then 12 months , u will have to show them financial maintenance in bank statements.

If your baby is here in uk for more than 12 months , then u don’t need to show money in your account .
Just upload bank statements in which u have little bit amount .that’s it .
