Not 100% true that polar bears have never "met" or eaten penguins however... The close relative, the great auk (only known northern hemisphere member of the penguin family) which was hunted to extinction a couple of hundred years ago was once likely on the menu of the polar bear.
Great auks were sometimes referred to as penguins because of their similar appearance and flightlessness, but they are not in the same family as living penguins and are only distantly related. In this video, they are referring to the penguins in the family Spheniscidae, whereas the great auk comes from the auk family (Alcidae).
