- Today we come up with a eye catching single story home with amazing interior works. Exterior look of the home is very attractive in sloping roof design. It is a 3 BHK beautiful house with a small courtyard.

First on the front area we see a open sit out with enough spacing. Now we moving to the living room, Next we checking the courtyard, The dining area is provided near to the courtyard. A spacious washing is arranged here.
Now we can check the bedrooms. See the first bedroom arrangements. It is a spacious bedroom with attached bath and dressing area. Moving to second bedroom, we see almost same design as previous one, bath attached and dressing area.

Beautiful and very tastefully build. The interiors are real rich which adds more beauty to the house. What I see a common mistake is ' A Closed & Isolated kitchen' in all the homes. If the Kitchen is open and runs down to nook area and a formal dining that would be real great. But rest i am in love. Nice work and kudos

The main focus is on interior design, and lighting, would have been more informative, had the videographer provided additional information on material cost and labor cost, overall construction cost, though it varies from place to place.

Open kitchen would have been more beautiful. Watching the courtyard from dining will be an great experience during monsoon season. Wonderful wood work and marble floors compliments each other...i love this home with few modifications

what is the difference between kitchen and work area.. all the kerala style houses are like this.. can anyone explain this.. what are all the things that should be placed in kitchen and in work area?
It's not exactly clear in this house. But generally the work area or second kitchen is the place where all the heavy cooking takes place (With help or without)
The main first kitchen is more for basic cooking/ beverages and small dining, (Not used by the help)

Nice house , unnecessary sealing work, if every house needs common bathroom and carporch also, common bathroom that is better for our visitors and carporch also good for all whether especially raining season, more than 95 percent of the our houses no comman bathroom that is very disappointed, thank you, all the best 😊

I feel like the courtyard space is unnecessarily large. Could've made the rooms bigger and not have them so close the living room. It feels like as soon as someone enters your home they can see your bedroom

garden area could have been covered.. main doors could have been still more aesthetic. Interior and cupboards could have been covered in detail. Looking for different style in that aspect, instead of regular ones.
