Navigating Project Success: Overcoming Common Fears

There is nothing more satisfying than being able to work on projects that run smoothly and deliver the intended outcomes. But in every project, that I work on, I worry about the risks of executing a project in such a way that the process is not seen as legitimate, delivering outcomes that are not perceived as legitimate, and finally delivering project outcomes that do not actually solve the focal business challenge / problem. In this video I discuss how I rely on communication with stakeholders and seeking out formal and experiential knowledge about the focus of the project and how relying on established best practice for how to execute the kind of project I am working on allows me to mitigate these three risks.
