im guessing one man in a factory in germany laying glass fibre and carbon sheet into moulds would take around 5 days jerry, just a guess though, the only wood in this model is some ribs in the wing and fuzz supports where the radio gear fits in, check out the pics at the end of the vid and you might see the inside of the fuzz, literally nothing inside it !
