Sobrang sikip ng trapik sa Sta. Rosa Tagaytay road. sana magkaroon pa ng mga parallel roads from Brgy. Balibago complex going to Nuvali. Maganda ang area jan at 200 x bigger area than BGC. Yayamanin at proresibo na talaga ang Nuvali district Sta. Rosa City. 10 yrs from now mas maganda pa ang nuvali kesa sa Makati at BGC. yahoooo!!❤❤❤

May way dun going to Nuvali entrance via Santa Rosa-Tagaytay Road. Another option is Silangan/Canlubang na bandang sa Nuvali Central na ang daan nyo. And in the future via Batino para naman sa Nuvali South. Inside Nuvali, we're now expanding yung mga estate roads since on going ang construction ng mga commercial establishments. And calculated na ni Ayala Land ang foot traffic in the future since lahat ng part ng Nuvali, may provision for road expansions 😀

We have the East Bloc, North Central Business District, the Lakeside Evozone, and other commercial developments. We also have pocket business districts inside and the future, malls to be constructed in the most exclusive area of Nuvali. It will not be as big as Makati, but the concept is there. It is more suburban and organized.

For the commercial area, it ranges between 150K-170K per sqm po, at 1,000sqm minimum lot area 😀
