This monitor has quality issue. Mine stop working with USB-C now, even with power connected, got 'no signal' then 'power saving' then nothing. Has to use HDMI. Also there are other people complain about same issue on Amazon product review.
Can I use any usb-c adapter? Or do I need to use a specific type of adapter for this monitor? I bought my lepow monitor in a bin store without adapters or hdmi. I tried a usb-c adapter but won’t turn on, also I tried mini hdmi lepow to my laptop and still didn’t turn on.

@@theTechNotice ohh so you can actually do it? I must have missed it in your speech. Where in the UK are you based mate? I used to live in the West Midlands for 3 years, just out Birmingham. Last month I had to leave 'cause Covid wiped out the entertainment field in which I work.
I got this monitor and it works with 1 cable ONLY if I use the USB C cable that it was packaged with. If I use another USB C cable it doesn't. Is there a special spec to the packaged USB C cable? Is it Thunderbolt 3?

You may need an otg cable or adapter to use your phone. My galaxy s8 came with one.

Sure
You can use it for your camera monitor so that you can see what's in focus (as you said) and don't have to re-shoot after all the effort 😂

Yes, needs to be Thunderbolt/Display pass through cable.

Are your USB-C ports video output ports or just USB-C? Just double check that.
