found the song Dua Lipa mentioned/was talking about
apparently its a unknown Rihanna song from 5 years ago because it was released by some dj khaled person featuring Rihanna and some other person.
the song seems to have some Santana sounding vibes and also reminds me a bit of Rihanna's original sound from her debut album Music of The Sun a bit too.
i still blame Jay-Z for changing Rihanna's music, even saw in a youtube video other day where they intervied him and that he almost didnt take the interview to sign Rihanna to his label because he thought of her as just "the Pon De Replay" girl and that she was going to be a one-hit wonder potentially but he took the interview anyway trying to make himself look good for taking the interview and "recognizing" her talents after she performed for him...and i'm thinking he's a jerk for saying that bc she already had like 4-5 great songs/hit singles by that point in time.. if i remember right she already had No, No, No... she already had If It's Lovin' That You Want, she already had SOS, she already had Pon De Replay...so many great songs... and she was one of the few artists able to bypass radio and make use of the internet and basically force radio to play her songs/hits by people calling in requesting them so much.
so to find this song and have it be similar to her original sound is great...thanks Dua Lipa! ♥
