thanks a lot! your video is very comprehensible and goes on at a great pace! (thank you for cutting out typing that isn't required for comprehension, this often slows down other explanation videos unnecessarily)
It doesnt work on my pc. If I select the the "open dialog" or the "last used" button under linear fit just nothing happens at all. I dont know what I am doing wrong. Do you have any help?
I got this from The Origin Forum: "The symbol that looks like pink arrows are called "Analysis Markers" in Origin. You can select Data:Analysis Markers:Hide menu to hide them." I tried it and it works.
Hi Yang Fang, You can make a 2D functional plot such as by: 1) Choose "File: New: Function Plot: 2D Function Plot" menu, 2) Enter any sigmoidal function such as: nlf_Boltzmann(x,-1,1,0,0.3) for x range from=-5 To=5 in "Fitting Function: Growth/Sigmoidal: Boltzmann" category. Hope this helps. If you have further question, please send your question to tech@originlab.com with your Origin's Serial Number. --Hideo Fujii, OriginLab
2nd Year graduate student trying to publish my first paper. You helped along that path. Thank you.

Thank you a lot! The video is very helpful for scientists. An understandable and very meaningful, useful video.
Helped alot in my research..Ty
Thank you for the tutorial. May I ask how do you extend the fitted line?
I would like to know it too

Thanks, this helped a lot.
Very good video, thank you so much.
Does someone know if you can put parameters so the line goes through specific points in the graph and not only in the selected data?
Very good.
Thanks!! It's helpful!
Can I ask ‘How to extending the trendline without point?
How to plot the Y error bars in this plot.
Hey when i do the regression line, there is a double pink arrow do you know how to delete it?

How we can fit an already existent equation of line to the data
thank you very much!!
