when I ride my bike in the winter, the fat melts away. The ride is two hours - down to 20 deg. I wear warm clothing, but breathing cold air must trigger it.
These thumbnails are starting to get insulting Thomas. Every video has a thumbnail that says "Just 1 cup per day" "1-2 tbsp per day" or similar. In the content of this video, what is the 1 cup per day referring to? Water? A cup of water per day burns fat? Please fix this or I might have to stop watching your channel
Would love to see a video on the Whey Protein Concentrate vs. Isolate when looking at protein powder ingredients and their quality. Thanks for all the Knowledge! Salute!
Avoid the isolate entirely. It is highly processed and has a negative acidic effect on the body. Use the concentrate if it does not cause you minor GI inflammation.
Isolate especially if you're lactose intolerant. Isolate is much cleaner for your body and absorbed better than concentrate. If you wanna take it to the next level then Hydrolyzed protein which is better. Concentrate < Isolate < Hydrolyzed
Actually, I like to swing kettlebells and heavy clubs. You can do this a few feet away from your desk several times a day. No machines or outside access necessary. PS: In spring and autumn, I like to take morning walks when it's about 50º outside.
Makes sense. I can never stand still, am always rocking back and forth. Thought I just had a nervous system but I’ve been this way since I was a child. Never realised I was burning extra calories without even trying.

Interesting stats on fidgeting. However, that's a subconscious trait that some have and others do not. I wonder if it would be as hard for a nonfidgeter to start fidgeting as it would be for fidgeter to stop.

A lot of respect for Thomas but really? How do you burn stored energy without exercise. you have a certain amount of stored energy that can be measured in calories or joules. Where is it going? Are you literally turning into a human furnace and “burning” it? No. It’s not enough to just up your metabolism for all that energy. You should have to become an actual human radiator throwing off heat. Are you converting it into work? Energy can be converted to work but the equation is a function of force * distance. No exercise means no force or distance. So where is that energy going when it “melts”?
