You will be able to upgrade all 3 of them to a 99 eventually. But my first pick is gonna be Ryan Clark he’s been a great user and for me he forced a lot of fumbles.

This is an absolute garbage promo. The opposite of Fan Appreciation. Extremely overpriced packs that are pure garbage and cards with no sets.
Not to mention how many people didn't even get a welcome pack. And the EA goes on to act like it never even happened. This is sad EA. Just sad.
