I love the makeover! Your boyfriend is so sweet! Most guys could care less so long as they had a chair. He was so proud of you and what you did. He’s a keeper, sweetheart.
A guy who learns to pop his head out and praise you like a dog for your efforts is using intermittent reinforcement. As a psychotherapist, I'd say you should not be defining "keepers".

I appreciate how you explained some of the "why" of what you were doing, like, creating levels, tying in the pink and multifunctional items. It was also very helpful to hear your reasoning for the lay out ie flow of traffic, clearing space by the door and how the rugs ground each area. Very helpful rather than just showing you decorating the space, resulted in a new sub. Very impressed. Thanks for your sharing your talents!
That’s the reason why I love her videos. She cares about practicality and always show where she bought, why she bought, and how much her decorations and furniture cost. And her makeovers are cheap and reasonable, like she uses the existing good items and doesn’t throw away everything like in other youtube makeovers. She just updates the items.

The first thing I thought of was how nice it will be at night with both of you sitting there with the soft lights on, no traffic going by, and drinks in your hands! A great place for both of you to chill out. You’re such a cute couple!

Love love the balcony transformation. What a different look stunning way to use my fav big planters basket with the black handles bought from the thrift store.
That turned out so great! I love his reaction too, and I’m glad you showed it at night. I was curious. It bet it’s the best place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening holding hands on that little loveseat and chatting about life. What a little gem you created!

Love the privacy screen, it would look great if you used it for a Japanese garden look , too. People that buy it might want to Scotchguard it to make it last longer. Love your style and esp. layering the rugs. Thanks for sharing
You bring so much life into the little balcony! I loved the seating options you put in place so that you can have a seat but so can family and friends. I loooooooooooove the seclusion fabric from Ikea. This is definitely something I want - privacy but still doesn’t destroy the house (just in case I move). Thank you so much for showing the thought process and the shopping. The reveal ties in all the work and planning so perfectly ❤️❤️❤️❤️

It's absolutely stunning! Your weather must be milder than where I live - here the heat and sun would fade things, the rain would mildew pillows and poofs, and everything would have a layer of dirt or dust almost immediately, lol. Great job!

It's so so SO helpful the way you always explain your vibe and then WHY you make your decisions about what to buy and where to put it and how you problem solve. I think this balcony is awesome but even in some other videos where the style of the room might not appeal to me I've picked up really helpful tips because of the excellent way you take time to explain the process. It's making me feel excited and confident to choose the whole new apartment of stuff I need since moving and having to get rid of almost every piece of furniture (because apparently in the 60s furniture was tiny so so are my doorways) superstar 🌟 thank you 😊
